Waist gains = booty gains #iaintevenmad 1/2gal of water and half of my meals in 💃 I was scrolling through my pictures last night and I was looking at my pictures during prep and it made me so excited to compete again! Like to the point where I started googling shows. But no 2015 schedules are out so that was a bust. 😂 so I went back to scrolling and I said to myself “what are you doing?! You have so many gains to make before you are competing again!” I am so impatient. But progress does not happen over night. It happens with hard work, consistency, dedication, and love for the sport of bodybuilding. So. For the next 109 days (yes I have a countdown until jan 1st) I will be busting my ass. Literally. 🍑 so that by the next time I compete I actually look like I lift 😂
